Contacted Jerry this past summer, mid-July 2022, to repair the main water line that feeds the ice and water dispenser of a refrigerator. Initially came to the house and assess the problem in July 2022 and paid him for the consulation/assessment of the problem. Told me the main water line for the fridge is part not readily available so he had to do research on it and quite possibly find an alternative solution. A month later (approximately mid-August) I contacted him via text, at least 2 times on 2 separate occasions, to find out what the situation is with the repair on the fridge. No answer on both occasions. It's now close to the end of September 2022 and still nothing back from Jerry on the course of action to repair the water line on the fridge. I do not recommend using his services.

Felske HVAC was great to work with. They were very responsive from my initial contact, and even offered troubleshooting solutions for me to try prior to scheduling them to come out. They solved the issue and followed up later in the day and even the following day to ensure there were no reoccurring problems. I will definitely hire them again.👌🏼👍🏼

Jerry did a great job for me with my washer issue. He came at the last minute on a Friday. He explained the problem to me and how to address it if it happens again. He even said I could call him and he would walk me through the process. He was honest and cared about his work. I will use his services again.

Jerry was able to quickly identify the issue with my refrigerator and get it running properly.

Repair was successful but overcharged (in my opinion) and experience with owner subpar. Jerry charged $90 service fee to show up on first visit but was only here about 15 minutes (long enough to identify what part he needed to order). He needed to order a part that cost $100. Jerry returned a week later and installed the part in 22 minutes according to my iPhone's stopwatch. After the install he charged another $185 in addition to the $90 from the first visit. When I inquired about how he calculated the bill, knowing that the part was only $100, he said he really wasn’t charging me $185 for the part. He was charging for labor (even though it wasn’t written that way on the receipt). It was written as a $185 charge for the part with the service fee of $90 from the last visit paying for labor. As I questioned him about it in more detail, he got defensive and started saying things like, “I charge a set rate. I could charge book value like a lot of guys do and it would be more expensive.” I asked him a follow-up question or two, but it seemed to fluster him, and his responses weren’t cogent. Bottom line: Repair was successful, but I feel GOUGED on the price of labor considering total time at my home over the 2 visits was perhaps 40 minutes. Knowing everything I know now; I’d try someone else first.

Jerry came out within 1 day & fixed our dryer. Very reasonably priced. I'd definitely recommend Felske HVAC & Appliance to all my family and friends.

I was able to have an appointment the next day when I called. A few days later the parts that were needed came in so Jerry came late that afternoon and installed the new parts. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair and I’ll definitely call again if any other repairs are needed.
