I discovered my AC unit was malfunctioning when we returned home from being out of town, it was recording temperatures of over 80 degrees. I called Falcon Heating And Air Company company who sent their technician and came out that night since we have a small child. The technician arrived promptly about 45 minutes later. He took me through a step by step evaluation of the unit. He replaced all air filters. He fixed everything in an hour, and we were all able to sleep peacefully. I highly recommend this company. Josh from Falcon Heating And Air Company was very professional when he came out to install a new air conditioner. I called and made appointment in the morning and they were able to come out the same day I called to temporarily repair my old unit and came the next business day to do the installation. Frank came to our place doing the semi-annual tune up. Very nice and professional. I had other guys from a different company trying to push me to install this and that. Frank didn’t do that. No pressure at all. He checked the air quality, replaced the filter, and make sure the compressor is working. We are ready for the summer!

My neighbors also had an issue with their heater and they called you guys as well. You guys were able to get them fixed in a timely manner as well!

The service was great, I call for an emergency service and they came in 30 min, that was incredible!!! Frank was the technician that came, he was very professional, knowledgeable and answer every question I had. He did a great job. Did a very thorough inspection of the unit and continue to explain what was wrong and how the situation was best resolved.
