Sky Heating & Air Conditioning

Our A/C stopped working yesterday afternoon and Sky Heating & Air Conditioning came out with a super quick response. Alex checked our system for us so we are on our way back to being cool again. We are multiple time user's of this company, we greatly appreciate them and highly recommend them.

This business is fantastic! They did a fantastic job installing a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. They were kind and efficient, and before they got to work, they made sure to go over everything.

After speaking to the receptionist my first question was if the estimate would be free of charge which he stated yes it would be. I was told that the technician would come over between 1 o’clock and 3 o’clock and they would call 1/2 hour before the appointment. At approximately 2:59 the technician called up saying he was doing a phone interview asking me things that the normal ordinary house on her wouldn’t know about their air conditioning unit then he wanted me to climb on the roof and take a picture of the unit. I explain to him that this was supposed to be a free of charge home inspection of the unit and what needed to be done for the quote. He then told me that there would be a charge for the visit which I said well that’s not what they said and I don’t know if I should go with someone else because I can’t understand how nobody knows what’s going on there and of course he took the easy way out by hanging up on me. I then called the office and asked to speak to a supervisor, they said the supervisor would call back which they have not done. Then the same receptionist called back saying yeah she made a mistake and there would be a fee for someone to come out and take a look at this. Im sorry but for a potential customer that is going to be spending thousands of dollars there are too many things that question what type of company I would be dealing with.
This TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Ac fixed within 24 hours of breaking. Wow! Alex was awesome; so professional and friendly, fast and competent!! He also gave me clues on how often filters should be changed and the types to use that are effectual. Thank you 100%!!
