I got a job transfer and I was forced to relocate to Illinois. Got a new house and noticed both the furnace and the air conditioner needed tune up. I called Sky Heating & Air Conditioning to do the job and I was pleasantly surprised that they could come out the same day after telling them about my tight schedule. They showed up on time, and did the tune ups on both our units and completed the job in no time. Thumbs up and highly recommended!!

We wanted to get our furnace checked out after hearing it make some strange noises and so we called Sky Heating & Air Conditioning. They were able to send out a technician really quickly later that morning, José, and he was so kind, thorough, and fast. He took the time to explain the process of checking the furnace and the air quality and even gave me tips on the right sort of filters to buy.

Called and scheduled a technician to come check on my home since the heat didn’t seem to be working. They told me they would send someone between 1-4 PM. I didn’t hear anything from them so I called to check on the status at 345. They told me that they were unable to send anyone and that I would have to wait until next week. Why didn’t they call me to tell me instead of making me wait around in a cold house all day? Very poor service and unprofessional company.

I have always had good service with Sky Heating & Air Conditioning. They arrive when they say they will. If there is an emergency they will send someone out. They don't try to find things wrong to charge you for. I have my service contract with them and every six months they are here to do my service. Spectacular!!

I woke up in the morning to realize that the heater was not working all night. I gave a call and they sent a technician in less than an hour. He was quick to diagnose the problem and get us going within 30 minutes. He also explained what went wrong and how can we better maintain the heating system in the future. Highly recommend!!!
