I received an estimate from vanguard on April 19. I was told by the owner that I'd be scheduled within two weeks. Emailed again May 2nd to try to pinpoint a date for my $2300- 1 day job. Emailed again May 11 as I had heard nothing about scheduling my job. Emailed yet again on May 21, after speaking to Dawn a few times, telling her I'd be moving by the end of May and needed this job done. At the very least to be put on the schedule. She told me I'd be "put back on the schedule". I asked why I was ever OFF the schedule. (No answer) Received an email 3 days later telling me I "could be" scheduled in the LAST WEEK OF JUNE OR JULY. after i had repeatedly stated I'd be moving in the end of May. Needless to say, don't waste your time waiting for this company to do you a favor. I don't know how a service company stays in business while NOT servicing it's customers, except of course for not replying to calls or emails and being rude if they do. Does not even deserve the one star rating

Vanguard did great work again for me. Vangaurd has a very experienced team of installers and HVAC service professionals. Make it easy and just call Vanguard for all your HVAC needs.

Ron, Al, and Chris are experts at their work. HVAC is a science and an art for them. They are trustworthy, efficient, and honest.

I am so picky. So was my Dad. They are great. Gary, Dawn and the staff are wonderful. They have done heating and air conditioning systems for me, my parents, sister, ex-husband and friends.

You don't know who this is? I'm a previous customer. You did work at Lakewood Condos in Schaumburg. You blew 4 circuit boards on furnaces in my 12 unit building. I emailed Dawn Moreno multiple times asking for a copy of the receipt for the work that was done and never got a response. Are you ever gonna reply to my requests?
