I put in a maintenance request on my furnace and they set up an appointment for me, for the next day. Jack and his team came they did a great job explaining what they were doing and shared a few good tips with me. Very professional, fast and friendly. I'll definitely request Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning team again.

Late last night, my AC was making so much noise. I called Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning at 9 a.m and had James at my door before 11. My fan was replaced within the hour and he even went the extra mile to clean off the inside of my unit to help with air flow. As always, he was knowledgeable, professional and I was up and running in no time. There are simply not enough stars to rate this company as highly as I would like. If you, or anyone you know, is in need of heating and air help, these pros are most certainly the ones to call!

Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning technicians were great to work with. They were very fair, professional, and were easy to work with. The installation of our humidifier was done within very few days. They will be my go to heating/AC guys. Bravo!

The technicians Jack and Max are always very sharp and professional as well as personable. We have used them a couple of times and have never had an issue with them.Our furnace broke down yesterday and when we called ,Jack was out and managed to find a modest problem with that could have been a much bigger deal. Really appreciate the timely visit during the cold snap and that he was able to apply an immediate fix while we wait for the full replacement part. Lots of thanks!

Max and his colleague installed a new heating/AC system and did an excellent job. There was some maneuvering needed for the outside unit, and they figured out how to make it work and took care around the house edges and yard foliage. They also put some extra coverage on the outside vent to better protect the unit from leaves, branches etc. Answered all my questions with clarity and professionalism. Would recommend them without reservation and thank you for the great customer service from start to finish.

Amazing company that stands behind their work. We had them replace a unit on one side of our home last November and just had them come back to replace the other unit and install a more modern air handler. I highly recommend this company.
