Need service on furnace. Scheduled for last Wednesday (with a $50 charge on my debit card). Waited four hours and no tech showed up. Was told repeatedly when I called that someone would arrive.
Rescheduled for today and have waited since 10 am. The window was 10-1. It’s now nearly 4 pm. When I call I only get an answering service who tells me they will forward my concern to management.
