Update Heating and Cooling Services

We recently made an appointment with Update Heating and Cooling Services to do a routine maintenance check on our furnace. From the get-go, they were extremely quick to respond and worked around our schedule - Thank you, Dawn!

Brian was our service representative, he was extremely professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only did he do his job but offered great suggestions for keeping our two story home cool / warm (which has been a challenge of ours) that would also save us money / cut our bill cost.

We also have been interested in putting in a humidifer; Brian answered all of our questions / concerns - he was never pushy or tried to sell us on any products. He just gave us "free" advice.

I would highly recommend using Update Heating and Cooling Services to anyone - great customer service, relaible and trustworthy! We will definitely continue to use them in the near future!

What can I say besides WOW!! They came out to my moms house on short notice and I had be there to let them in and stick around for the repair. They were able to explain everything to her so that she would understand and they didn’t complicate things with terminology that she wouldn’t understand plus it didn’t break the bank. I appreciate the quality of service that they provided. And would recommend them highly.

My air conditioner broke last week, so I called this place. They were very polite over the phone and sent someone to fix it that day. A broken part was ordered, and it was fixed within a few days! Great and quick service.
