Heat went out. Repairman came out that night late and repaired it. Price was extremely fair considering time, materials, and time of night. Definitely would recommend.

Chris and Connor went above and beyond on this job. It was very hot out yet they remained professional. Same day quote and install. Very knowledgeable, explained things fully and answered any questions we had. They replaced a 31 year old AC unit and furnace.
It's been days since we had a fully working AC so we were relieved when we were told they could install today. We will be able to sleep better and much cooler tonight.

Ryan was on time and did a great job trouble shooting my heating and Ac units. When out and got the parts from the supplier the same day and repaired the Heating unit and replaced a faulty zone controller. Very pleased with the work. I have used Update on several occasion and they always deliver.

Outstanding professional service! My old unit hit 25 years, I knew it was time and they helped reinforce my decision. My new unit is half the size and 40% more powerful, not to mention much quieter. The techs were very well trained, they insisted on wearing those little foot booties even though only going in my basement. Everything looks better and runs better, much appreciated!
