DO NOT USE!! Came out as being contracted out to perform service. Only accepted cash or check. After being paid demanded to know who touched the system. He left and said he would return on Friday. He came today did a quick rediagnosis and determined it was a couple different parts that needed to be replaced. Said he would return later this afternoon with correct parts. Never returned no return phone calls no return text messages. Poor communication. This guy is garbage he is only looking for the cash jobs. Shady from the start. Because of his negligence my warranty is now voided. Thanks Ted!!
