    I cannot say enough good things about the Nortek team. They are professional and friendly every time I call. When I woke up with no heat in the winter, they had it repaired and fully functional within hours. They are responsive, respectful and honest. I'm so, so grateful for Nortek. Thank you for what you do!

    We’ve been using Nortek Environmental for many years for our HVAC maintenance and are very pleased with them . Their technician Manny came out today to service our AC unit and was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable answering all my questions. Highly recommend!

    Nortek installed my high efficiency furnace back in 2013. Have had them back out for routine cleaning and maintenance. Then most recently, of course in the extreme cold temps I noticed a slight gas smell and noticed that my exhaust vent didn't seem to be working properly. Called after hours where my call was handled by an after hour service. Tech Dave called me back within 15 minutes and came out within the hour to address my concerns and make sure the system was up and running properly. Dave really went the extra mile and provided top notch customer service! I cannot thank him enough!!! I will continue to use Nortek for all my future needs and will refer them to others as well. Thanks again

    Nortek is like having a member of your own family doing work for you without the drama. They show up when they say would and they give you a call when they're on the way. It's very easy to work with Ron, Lisa, Justin and the rest of the Nortek staff. Always consciences of your home especially during this time in the world.

    I want to detail the timeline so everyone has a firm understanding of what my wife and I went through

    On 5/25 our ac went out and we contacted our home warranty company; they set up a time slot for 5/29 and said to confirm with Nortek themselves to see if you can get better availability
    Nortek was called and the customer care person said they would page someone out. At 11:04pm I received a call back from a woman that said that the earliest availability would be Tuesday 5/29 but that she had no record of me that I had to call my home warranty company. I explained that I had an I’d number for Tuesday which she replied “no you don’t”
    Ultimately told me to go with a different company
    My wife submitted a post with our frustrations that same night
    Today 5/27 I called three times each time being told that a tech would get ahold of me with finally the owner Lisa calling me, where she said that I was dropped as a customer because of the review I gave and that she would never step through my home that we weren’t customers that Nortek wanted to ever deal with. I have never been spoken that way and at no point did I show any disrespect. All I wanted was confirmation of my Tuesday appointment on 5/29 which was never received
    And instead of saying all of this at 10am I had to wait until 3:40pm to find out I need to go a different direction.

    I’ve been using Nortek Environmental to inspect, service, and repair as needed my dual zoned HVAC system for at least 10 years. I have a very complicated system that we had installed as medically necessary for a child with multiple chemical sensitivity, multiple allergies, overactive immune system and whom the city of Chicago wanted to move to a residential education facility in CA due to his fragile medical condition. Most HVAC companies had no idea how to service our system but Nortek was awesome. Even the owner of the company got involved with us when we first used them to be sure they got the correct parts . I’m going to move soon, but I already passed on their name and contact info so the new owners can continue to use them for maintenance, and repairs as needed, as will I in my new home.

    Nortek was great, they were put in a very crappy situation bye my homeowners insurance company that sent them the incorrect furnace. They remained in constant contact with me while they sorted the situation out. Thank you Nortek for making sure my family got the correct furnace installed!

    THESE ARE YOUR HEATING AND AIR PEOPLE!!! Being a single mom it is hard to know who to trust and if someone is going to over charge you. Not these guys! This is a great family owned business. You can feel they care about their jobs and your comfort from the moment they walk in the door. They really take the time to make sure you know what service you need and have competitive pricing. It is great to know that you are not getting ripped off. Being a small business they make sure you have a very skilled technician in your home and take the time to do the job right. They don't take the job for granted. They are very kind and try to get to you in the case of an emergency as soon as physically possible. I really appreciate the care and work they have given me every time I have needed them.
