Nortek 's customer service is world class from start to finish! Fantastic. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Nortek for all your heating and air conditioning needs. Ron and Manny did a phenomenal job of not only servicing my furnace and humidifier but explained (in easy to understand terms) the efficiency rating of my furnace and the steps I should take to keep it in top efficiency condition. We were assigned Nortek through our warranty company and from the first phone call they were extremely helpful. They were in constant contact with us and the warranty company making sure we know what was going on every step of the way. Justin was able to help with all the complications we had with another contractor and Manny our service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. If you want smart helpful service and a company that cares about doing the right repairs properly then I highly recommend them.

We lost heat Sunday night, so of course we were worried. We heard about this company from one of our neighbors, so we filled out a contact form online. Early Monday morning we received a call from Justin. He was friendly & knowledgeable. Ron was our technician. He came on time, wore PPE, and got to work. He told me immediately that leaves were in my intake valve - I was worried I was going to need to pay hundreds of dollars, and he was very quick to tell me the real problem. He educated me on how to take care of my pipes/ furnace, and told me about the other services Nortek offers. We’ll be customers for life after Ron’s excellent & honest service.

Nortek Environmental is my first choice for any HVAC issues that may arise. They are a great team, and it’s no surprise they are in high demand. Justin does an outstanding job working with customers and scheduling help to arrive at the earliest possible convenience.

Over the years, Ron has quickly solved some challenging furnace and AC compressor issues that on each occasion resulted from wildlife searching for a warm place to nest. Not only is Ron one of the best technicians I’ve ever worked with, but he also leaves the job site clean, he’s very personable, he has great advice, and he's fair.

I am very pleased with my experience with Nortek. The tech, Ron, called me to let me know when he would be at my house. He was on time and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what he was doing. He started checking for minor problems first. not just telling me I needed new parts or a new AC unit. After his diagnostic testing he gave me some options of how to resolve the issue. He gave me recommendations and prices for all of the options. He got my AC unit back up and running that day, and at a very reasonable price. I received a call from their office the next day to make sure everything was working and i was happy with the service.

Nortek provided excellent service to our family. They were punctual and communicated everything in regards to our furnace in great detail. We did have a huge issue with our home warranty insurance, but thankfully Nortek steeped up to the plate for us! I would highly recommend Nortek Environmental.

Ron has done the service calls yearly for air and heat. Cleaning of these units and inspecting And maintaining has surely shown to be cost effective.
