I was in the unusual position of needing a new, but pre-purchased AC unit installed. I also needed it matched with a new furnace. It’s a difficult position to be in- many contractors do not want to undertake this kind of project but Ray at A-All Temp Home and Commercial Services did not blink. His team was not only willing to do the work, but they picked up the AC from a remote location and brought it to the site for no additional cost.
I will not lie and tell you that the project was seamless - we had a change of scope mid-project, and an installation detail we wanted changed. Neither of these occurrences are unusual when working in an older building, but we were very pleased that Ray and his team were willing to listen to our concerns and make adjustments in a fair and fast manner. A-All Temp is an honest company with a real interest in good customer service and satisfaction. I would recommend them and will work with them again.

Joe arrived at the scheduled time, as a result heat was out from the previous night . He was courteous, concerned with keeping my floors clean, found the cause of problem quickly and began the repair . An igniiter was replaced, he explained the entire process. Joe completed the repair, rechecked to ensure the heat was working before leaving. While no one likes to spend extra for an urgent need, Joe"'s expertise and timeliness helped to digest the cost. Thank you Joe for your professionalism.

This was our second winter in our home with the original 20 yr old furnace. Suffice it to say the old furnace didn't last too long once the cold weather got here. We called a few places to get quotes. When I called A-All Temp, I spoke directly to Ray (owner). He came out that same day to inspect and quote us a new furnace. He answered all my questions and wasn't pushy at all. Their prices were very competitive and the customer service was great. We ended up going with an 80% single stage upflow Rheem unit comparable to our old unit and they were there a few days later for the install. The install was very professional and I took particular note of the craftsmanship they put into their work. We are now enjoying our warm house and couldn't be happier with our new unit. I will definately be using A-All Temp in the future and would recommend to friends and family.

Zack was amazingly conscientious and efficient. He identified all the issues and fixed them. He came back the next day and fixed the humidifier. Most importantly he had a great temperament and wanted to solve all the issues we had.

This is our 2nd time using A-All Temp. Mike is very professional and friendly. He was on time, explained everything that he was doing, and gave us the best options. Would highly recommend!

This company has done work at two of my residences. The work has been professionally completed in a timely fashion. The costs have been competitive and the product reliable. The company and their work is reliable. Ray and his employees are great to work with.

The place is totally dishonest. I have called them for the job of adding R410a refrigerant on 6/8/18, they quoted me for $52 per lbs. Zack came in , and I told him on the phone, the price we agreed, and he said it is OK, Then he added 9 lbs in my system, and charged me $72 per lbs for total $648. My wife didn't aware the pricing, and she paid him by check. I called them back, and they said unless you have the service contract with them, otherwise they charged the outrage pricing for $72 per lbs on R410a refrigerant which you can buy this 25 lbs in Amazon for $110.

Needed an inspection and service on furnace and AC. Called A All temp and they were extremely honest and professional with their service. Decent price, Zach our technician was great. Will use again.

My only (High efficiency) water heater stopped working on Monday early morning. I called up AO Smith and got A All Temp's reference who were their authorized service provider.

I was given a quote of $89 plus $202 for the repair of my water heater over phone. I knew exactly what part was wrong, and I had sent them all the details they need over email explaining everything including what the error message, what the symptoms were and what parts were the suspect. I had requested them to carry those parts in hand so that they could repair the same day. I was told that they carry all the parts thats needed for my water heater and will be taken care.

They sent a person on Monday to take a look, he took and a look and confirmed that it was the same part I wrote in my email which is bad and it needs a replacement. He didn't bring the part (the one I email them to bring during the visit). Since its under warranty, I was asked to call AO Smith to get a reference number. I called AO Smith and didn't get any response until Tuesday mid day. With emails going through with CC on both AO Smith and A All Temp on CC, A All Temp went ahead and decided to procure the product from a distributor and fix it for me. They told that they would fix it the next day.

Tuesday evening I called them up to learn that the part is not available and they need to order and it will take a day for them to get it to my home.

Thursday I call them again to find that the part has shipped but due to air breaks on truck and safety reasons, the part has still not been delivered and it will reach the distributor on Friday and they will install by 11AM Friday.

12:30 afteroon on Friday, I call them up to find out that the item has still not reached the distributor and they were going to get someone out to my home by 4PM. Ultimately the person arrived at 2:30, spent around 1:15 minutes (took a break in between for half hour) and fixed the water heater.

They charged me a total of $368 for fixing my water heater which was still under warranty and the part was covered by AO Smith - for a less than 2 hour repair work. And took 4 days to complete the repair.

I would never call them again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.
