They installed a new air conditioner and coil. They were professional, arrived at the time agreed upon and seemingly (to my untrained eye) did a great job installing the Trane unit. They were diligent in making sure they did not track water or mud into the house (on a day that rained for several hours during their work). Their price for the unit and installation was also reasonable. Would recommend this company.

Mary helped accommodate the changes in my schedule, which was greatly appreciated! Zack was our tech - he was polite, professional, and educated me on a few things. This is the second time we use A All Temp, Inc. They installed our last water heater over 11 years ago. It might have lasted longer but honestly, we never drained it, our bad!!! Zack explained that by draining it every six months we can prolong the life of the water heater. Love A All Temp! Nina at the office was courteous and returned my phone calls promptly. She also directed us to the $35 online coupon which we greatly appreciate. Zack, our technician was timely, courteous, and patient. He showed me how to drain the tank. A ALL Temp has been great every time. From installing new AC unit to regular maintenance, they are always prompt and professional. On my highly recommended list of contractors (which tends to be a short list).

They installed the new furnace last November and did a checkup this October and were very professional, punctual and answered all of my questions.

Clean and repaired dryer duct ,excellent job ,highly recommend!

Joe P was great. He explained everything that needed fixing not only with the furnace and air conditioner but the water heater too. He fixed a wiring problem on the April air, changed the April air filter that I would never be able to reach. He was outstanding. I have used A ALL TEMP for years and will continue to because of Joe.

Charged a senior who accidentally called for service the full amount $89.99 to go to her home and do nothing. She used an old phone number from an old sticker on her furnace and called the wrong company. She lost her husband last year and is barely managing and they had no compassion. I would not expect them to eat the full cost as she made the mistake, however, charging the full amount just isn't right in my opinion. $45.00 is a big deal to a senior on a fixed income. Have a heart, please. *UPDATE, thank you Mary for doing the right thing. She truly appreciates the gesture of kindness. God Bless
