Update: Again, outstanding service! My furnace went out at Christmas and they quickly sent a technician who found and fixed the issue. The technician went out of his way to quickly get the part and restore heat. Highly recommended!!

Ray and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were always very prompt and thorough. Ray located a potentially dangerous fracture in my furnace’s heat exchange that could’ve ended up leaking carbon monoxide. He replaced my furnace the next day. My furnace was 25 years old and I would’ve kept patching it unless he convinced me it was unsafe. Appreciate his patience and willingness to lead me to the right decision!

He was courteous, efficient, and explained to me everything he did. They were great! They came early, our furnace was not working, they could have said we needed a new furnace, and fixed it for $200. They gave recommendations and I appreciated getting simple explanations for what was going on. I highly recommend them.

Josh was great! Friendly, fast and found the issue. We had another company come out the week prior and did not fully fix the issue, Josh was able to fix it and did quality work.

The guys did a great job, replacing my water heater. They were able to fix it the day after I called. It was more work than I had expected. The heater was taller than the original and required some rework. I wish they would have replaced some more of the Green copper pipe and fittings. I have already recommended A All Temp to my neighbor's.

We needed a new home water heater and Josh from A All Temp did the installation, plus he changed out a couple of air and water filters for us. Very helpful, very approachable, answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly, did great work, very clean, very professional. Totally happy with Josh's work. We would ask for him again. Very pleased with his work.
