I’ve only ever called Dubson in my seventeen years living in Monticello. The employees, and owner, are friendly, knowledgeable and have solved every problem I’ve thrown at them. They have responded quickly in a couple of emergency situations.

When our baseboard heater sprung a leak, it was stressful trying to figure out who to call. Bryce got to us quickly and helped us figure out the best option to get it fixed, and did it all quickly and at a fair price. This is the type of knowledgeable small business that I will always trust and recommend.

Highly recommend Dubson Heating and Air. We’ve had to use them only a couple of time (thankfully), but have had great success with their work! Very pleased and happy to have such a great local company to use! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone needing any help for their heating or air conditioning needs!

Dubson Heating/HVAC/Refrigeration has always done a great job. I recently had a hot water heater and whole house humidifier installed and they did an amazing job. Previously I've had them come out to wire my nest smart thermostat. Bryce and Nick do a fantastic job!

They were very prompt in coming out and fixing our problem. The tech was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed our problem. He did a great job cleaning our furnace. I would highly recommend them for all your heating needs.

Dubson is wonderful. Small town business that has been around for a long time. My issue was resolved in 20 minutes and Nick was skilled and professional. Thank you for excellent service.

Bryce and his guys did a fantastic job installing our new units! We are so glad we stayed local with our business as you can not top the service you receive from Dubson HVAC. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Couldn't be more impressed with the customer service that Bryce Dubson provided two weeks ago! I called him someday in mid-January (meaning he was working long days to accommodate many other customers) to have him look at our leaky humidifier and service our furnace while at it. He was early to the appointment. He communicated in layman's terms the problem with our humidifier (and fixed it during the same visit). He thanked me for my business and made me feel like I was his only customer (at the end of a long day). #DubsonDifference

Eric arrived on time and provided professional info and assistance. We will be calling on them this spring too.
