Our furnace had been acting up sporadically for about a week during the worst cold snap we have had all winter, so I called Dubson’s first thing in the morning. They were very quick to return my call and I was thrilled that someone was able to come out and diagnose/repair the furnace and replace our thermostat the same day. I was incredibly pleased with their efficiency and professionalism throughout the entire process, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

For HVAC, you'd think Bryce has been doing this stuff his whole life (he has). He walked in and immediately recognized our furnace's model and started rattling off the common issues it has, good and bad. His team just replaced our furnace and AC at their end of life, and the process was as good as could be. No gimmicks in the pricing, he laid out and explained several options, and the new system looks and feels like a definite upgrade. The whole company is super respectful and professional, and you can tell they're proud of the work they do, as they should be.

Our AC was having issues cooling. Bryce was very responsive and kept us updated on when he would be here. Once he arrived, he was very professional and explained everything being checked and what needed to be done to resolve the issue. He had us back in business quickly so we were no longer melting in the house. We've had them out for furnace issues in the past and will definitely call Dubson's for any future HVAC needs.

Woke up on the coldest day (so far) this year only to find that our heat wasn’t working. My first call was to Dubson’s because they’ve done our annual HVAC service since we moved to the area. Christa Dubson answered the call and was so kind and quickly got us on the schedule which I’m sure was already packed. Within a couple hours the technician, Weslei, arrived and got to work. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Not only do they get the job done correctly and efficiently, they are a pleasure to work with. We consider ourselves lucky to have them in the community and they will always be our first call and recommendation for HVAC needs.
