Great overall service. Christa at the office provided prompt, clear information every step of the way. Technician Craig was clearly very experienced and knew his stuff, diagnosing and repairing my issue in less than an hour.

On the coldest day, and a holiday , Dubson had on call technicians to service our unexpected furnace issue. Bryce worked in less than desirable conditions to ensure we had the correct repair. We are very thankful for this community business, their quick response and commitment to their customers.

Our heat went out and they had us taken care of in under 24 hours from the time I left a message on their website (after business hours). The tech was kind, friendly and professional. The customer service person was great at communicating with me so I always knew what was happening with the process.

Dubson's showed up the same day I called. I believe it was Cliff that came out. He was awesome and had us fixed and cooling in no time.

Bryce returned my call first thing this morning and came to the house at lunchtime. He diagnosed my problem and fixed it quickly. He also helped me understand key things about my furnace for future maintenance and let me know about an app for my thermostat. On this holiday weekend I am so thankful for his service and kindness.
