I have had Royal American out for several repair projects--replaced water heater, repaired furnace, and repaired air conditioner. They show up promptly for appointments and their work is done in a professional manner. Pricing is very reasonable as well--lower than the other hvac companies in the area: ABC, Four Seasons, Amy's.
