My husband and I have known for some time that our a/c unit was on its last legs. Luckily we received a referral to give Royal American HVAC a call, and we are very glad that we did!

Ray was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating to our schedule. He was able to find a solution for us within our budget, that met our needs without breaking the bank.

Within a few days of contacting Royal American HVAC, we had a new beautiful a/c installed just in time for the hot weather ahead. No hassle, no haggling, no worries and everything was cleaned up like he was never there - except for the cold air!

Contacted via email Sunday evening and heard back within hours to set up a repair visit Monday morning.

Royal American installed a new furnace and A/C unit for my home. They did a free in-home estimate and had the lowest prices of the four estimates we had scheduled. They were quick, efficient and clean and made sure our questions were answered. We would gladly work with them again. The owner, Chris, is a true professional!

I appreciated the professionalism provided by the specialists from Royal American! I needed to have the furnace replaced and the installation of the central air unit reviewed (it was installed last year with another vendor which didn't go to well). Chris came out and assessed the situation - providing me with a very reasonable estimate to get everything up and running properly and to my satisfaction. The installation took place two days later by royal American. They were the ultimate professionals in removing the old furnace, installing the new one, reconnecting the A/C unit properly and leaving the work area very clean/ I highly recommend Royal American- this was the second large project that Royal American has performed for my family and you can't go wrong with using them! Fast , reliable , professional , and very reasonably priced.

I've used Royal American many times in the past and will continue to do so. They recently replaced my furnace and air conditioner and added a humidifier. The technicians were on time, very professional, courteous, and clean. Their office staff is also very easy to work with. I highly recommend Royal American HVAC.

My ac unit went out on the hottest dat of the year. I contacted Royal American and they sent Jason out immediately! Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. He got us up and running in no time. I will definitely use This company again.

Royal is my new go-to company for anything HVAC related! They’re always available, professional, and reasonably priced. Having had poor experiences in the past with contractors in different fields, it’s refreshing when you find a reliable and honest one. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Called, explained my problem of Nest thermostat not getting enough power (no common wire), asked them to make sure they had the expertise to fix before they came to my house. They said they did, sent a repairman who could not fix. Then proceeded to charge me hundreds of dollars despite not fixing. Owners are self-righteous and indignant and had no interest in taking responsibility. Look elsewhere for HVAC service or beware of being duped.

Not calling names, I said you were being righteous and indignant. You were. I’ve never had an owner yell at me simply for asking to split a $200 bill.

I did give you the opportunity to fix it. You couldn’t/didn’t. You tried and I was happy to pay the $90 fee for that. It’s the other $110 I asked for a refund on because I’m not sure why I’d pay you when you couldn’t fix the issue.

From the first moment I set the appointment we saw incredibly professional service. We called in a non-emergency HVAC cleaning and they were prompt to come out and give an inspection. They were also able to service the unit and make sure it was in proper working order in preparation for the summer months.
