Scheduled an appointment with Chris for an estimate on a new AC unit. Within a day was emailed multiple different options we could choose from. Wound up replacing the outside AC unit and furnace due to the age ( almost 17 years old). We opted for higher efficiency units and Chris was able to get us rebates through our electric and gas provider which saved us money! Cory and Carlos were the installers who performed the repair. They were both very thorough and did a great job. Highly recommend Royal to anyone in need. Will continue to use through their maintenance program. Huge thank you to the entire team for getting us in and done before the heat wave!

We recently used Royal American for a large project that involved replacing two AC systems, a boiler along with piping and ducts. The work they did was nothing short of spectacular.

Chris took a lot of time in consideration of our project and our site manager, Ray, was extremely experienced and professional. As this was an older house, some aspects of the project required imaginative solutions we just didn't see when getting quotes from other companies.

I generally don't feel the need to write reviews but Royal American really delivered. Would not hesitate to recommend for any sized project.

I’ve used Royal American for over ten years and have been pleased with their promptness and when our furnace stopped working they came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem in the middle of winter.
