Couldn’t recommend Chicago hvac Replacement & Installation highly enough. They were polite and respectful and treated our house like it was their own. Too often we have tradies come and leave everything in a mess and damage property. The AC is great (quiet and efficient) only regret is not getting AAS to install the AC earlier.

I got my new furnace and AC installed. Great service by the tech team. Team leader was very well on his time when I called for quote. Also he doesn't pressurize u to buy particular brand. Our furnace had to be turned off because it was tagged. Tech called a salesperson. Next day he was here. Monday the work begins. The interactions were positive and for me, as usual, Chicago hvac Replacement & Installation was reliable.

Customer service was excellent from start to finish. The troubleshooters tried to salvage my 13-year-old AC. It turned out to be more cost efficient to replace the inside and outside unit. By the end of the day, the installers completed the installation of my new AC. I was going to pay off the install entirely but the 2-year zero % APR was the easier route.

They deliver every detail stated in the written quote. Rafael was present during the installation supervising his crew. They did a great job. Highly recommended!
