Adam was our technician for the past couple visits. He is very professional and thorough. He also gives helpful energy saving tips each time he comes out to service our AC/furnace. I appreciate that the scheduler tries their best to send someone out ASAP when I do have a problem. Adam is also very calm and methodical which puts me at ease when he arrives to troubleshoot any HVAC issue.

I called Top Tech last week to address some plumbing issues in my home. They set up an appointment within a week and called the day before to give me a heads up that the plumber would be there in the morning. The plumber, Mostapha, was on time and he is simply excellent. He helped me assess my plumbing needs and then installed a new laundry faucet and rodded my sink line as we agreed that is what needed to be done. He is knowledgable, professional and personable. It is good to know that there are still experts out there who take pride in their work and care that they do it correctly. We are fortunate to have this company in our area of the world. Well done! $368 for a valve replacement that took the tech 15 minutes is a ripoff. Will not be using them again.

Adam came out exactly on time and did a very thorough job. Not only was he professional and competent, but he was also very informative and answered several questions that we had about our system in a new house. Looking forward to using them for all of our heating/AC needs!
