Him and his team made sure in the cleanest of the space was immaculate after they finish the job 20 out 10. I would refer them to anyone and he will be my go to for plumbing needs for years to come

I regret not reading the Yelp reviews before contacting Toptec. It is difficult for me not to suspect that these Google reviews are fake. For 4 years my hot water heater worked perfectly without leaking water on the floor. One morning following the discovery of water on the floor, I contacted TopTek to arrange for the water heater to be serviced or to determine whether a replacement heater would be recommended.

Since the water heater was almost 20 years old, the technician advised me to purchase a replacement water heater, rather than waiting for parts to arrive, that may not be able to resolve the issue. I took the tech's advice. It has been one month since I purchased my new hot water heater. For the past month, the water heater has been leaking from somewhere. Did I mention that they charged me over $2,000? The technician came out once and he believes it is the water heater valve releasing pressure, and that is normal. There is no reason to have a water heater surrounded by over an inch of water.

After I called the technician to see if he could resolve the leak, he responded by rearranging the tray under the water heater and piping to the drain, but it did not solve the issue. As I reflect on the likelihood of my water heater still leaking after their next visit, I'm beyond irritated and my blood pressure rises.

It would be impossible for me to recommend this company to others. They took advantage of me. The same problem I had when I first called them persists after spending over two thousand bucks.

2022 Update: Today, 11/30/2022, I had two service appointments with two different technicians. The first was Edgar who was here to do my fall/winter HVAC checkup. Edgar was very personable and professional. He was also here in the spring and it was a pleasure having him again.

The second technician was Chris who was here for a toilet repair. Again he was very professional and personable. He and Edgar both explained what needed to be done.

I always get good reliable service from TopTec no matter what needs to be done.

I had TopTec come in and replace my tank water heater with a tankless and to install an air conditioner and a humidifier. I have a very small utility room and they were able to fit it all in. I was really impressed by their responsiveness and commitment to making sure I was satisfied with all the work and equipment. I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

TopTec is always great when we use them. Today Robbie came out to perform our routine AC service and kept that great reputation going. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us some tips we hadn't thought of before to extend the life of our systems. He also let us know about some other services TopTec performs that we weren't aware of that we are interested in. Will definitely reach out to them for our needs in the future!

Top Tech delivers quality service. They have worked on our AC and furnace over a span of more than twenty years. Their technicians are professional, respectful, and friendly. I appreciate attentive the company is to the needs of the homeowner. When there is an emergency, they are ready to help. I highly recommend this company. Dre Latiolais is terrific!

Roel was professional and easy to talk to. He was also courteous.

I had a fan in my heating system that was making squealing noises every time it came on. Called Top Tec and they were able to come out the same day. The Tech called to advise he was coming over and arrived when he said, I have forgotten his name, but he was very nice and professional. I needed a new motor which needed to be ordered, it arrived the next day late and Tech called to see if he could come out and replace or if we could set up an appointment for the following day. I chose the following day and he arrived promptly and changed the motor.
I was very very pleased with the work and the service I received, I will contact them again when I need more work.

TopTec the way to go! I had them clean my dryer vent earlier this year, so when my AC went out, I gave them a try. The call center was extremely courteous, just as friendly and helpful when I spoke with them last when I had my dryer vents cleaned.

The tech, Dre, was punctual and extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He walked me through the entire process, went over the possible issues, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue. He also walked me through how air conditioning actually worked. He even gave me tips on how to save money by maintaining my air filters differently, as well as keeping my rooms cooler! And to top everything off, Dre and my dog couldn’t get enough of one another.

If you’re in need of HVAC work, TopTec is the way to go. If you’re able to request a tech, Dre is the way to go!

I just received superb service from Jason at TopTec. He was truly an expert and attended to every detail inside my home as well as the outside AC unit. He went above and beyond my expectations. VERY service oriented. I’m impressed!
