TopTec Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

This is a Plumbing and Electrical service review. Having just moved to the area it is incredible to find a company who is so responsive and professional. I met Chris (you should ask for him for Plumbing) and Tracy (ask for him for electrical) who came for a quote, were respectful, professional, and fair in pricing and the conversation about what was going on with my electrical needs, sump pump and other plumbing devices.

Given the high reviews on Google, I expected this, but it exceeded my expectation when I got a full install which was done in rapid fashion and completed as promised. Both Tracy and Chris were on time, excellent, and I will use Toptec for all plumbing and electrical work in the future.

Side note: It is great that during working hours you can always get someone who will answer a call in the office. The staff (Jenny and Margie) are excellent.

Extremely wonderful service! I had a plumbing issue and Chris Drzdz came and fixed the problem. He was extremely thorough in assessing the situation, and he asked me specific questions to ensure his evaluation matched up with the issues I addressed. Not only did he do a great job, he also shared a variety of options, and didn't try to "sell" me on anything. He gave some precautionary suggestions on things I can do myself to prevent the issue from occurring again. I highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately...our generator was 15 yrs.old.... Tracy came and checked it out and told us that ..and that he would do some research to see if he could find parts for it...mainly a new circuit board ..He was only here a few minutes and then left..I thought we would not hear back from him...and I thought we had picked the wrong company to come out. Well...I was wrong. Within a half hour he called back and gave us the information about the generator. He was very pleasant on the phone and gave us some options.. I will be sure to call this company again should we have any other issues such as plumbing or heating.

Chris was our Plumber. He was GREAT! Knowledgeable, professional, & friendly are words to describe Chris. Top Tech was very easy to do business with. It was so nice to call them and be able to talk to a human, and yet they have high technology systems in place to make the project go smoothly. Will definitely use TOPTEC again, and would recommend to a friend.

They were very professional and easy to work with. They identified an issue that we did not know about, and took care of it right away.

Top Tec was amazing. Other vendors wanted to replace my entire system, but Top Tec took the time to diagnosis the problem which was actually a simple fix. Our service person was Dre. He was professional, engaging and went above and beyond for us. Truly appreciate Top Tec and especially Dre!

Tracy came out today right within the window, as promised. Very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Prepared for everything: we needed our smoke detectors replaced, he had the detectors with him and replaced everything within an hour. Would absolutely hire again

Chris did a great job fixing our garbage disposal and making sure it was good to go before leaving. Thanks so much!

Chris replaced my kitchen faucet. He arrived during the expected window, then evaluated the job. Chris provided the estimate and asked if i wanted to proceed. Once i confirmed he went right to work. He left to get a part and returned to complete the job. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will use Top Tec again.
