Dan did great work installing me a new outlet close to my toilet so I can install a smart toilet.
Would be perfect if they had someone fix the wall he had to cut though. Other than that I’ll never use ABC again!

Top Tec came to do a maintenance check on my furnace & checked the AC. This maintenance check today assures me I'm ready for the Winter season. I had Jason as my Top Tech service guy He was very helpful & answered all my crazy questions. It's always a pleasure to have Top Tec service Guy's in my home.

We used TopTec's 24 hour emergency service twice when our furnace went out during single digit temperatures. They were very friendly, able to get someone out to our house in just a few hours each time, and the technicians (Andre and Drew) were very knowledgeable. They explained each of the repairs and gave us general advice on heating our home. They also provided us commercial space heaters to keep our home warm over the weekend so they could install a new furnace on the next business day. The install technicians (Buzz and one other) were fast, efficient, and polite. The owner and office (Jen and one other) also assisted in providing all the information we requested in order to submit a reimbursement claim to our home warranty service. We will definitely be using TopTec in the future!

We were very satisfied with the work that Dre Latiolais did to fix our hvac. He came to our house on little notice on a late evening when our air conditioner broke on a humid day. Dre fixed the issue immediately and explained thoroughly what the issue was on our hvac. He even followed up to make sure we knew that everything was fixed. We have dealt with many technicians in the past and we are glad to have met Dre and have him assigned to do the job for us. We also appreciate that there were no extra hidden costs at the end. His friendliness and patience with our questions goes a long way and would recommend toptec again!

Dr. Dre (Andre) was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. He informed me of troubleshooting steps and provided a great deal of clarity on a Sunday when my furnace locked out after tripping a sensor the night prior. After getting it running with his advice, the next day Dr. Dre was here to inspect and clean the system. At 15yo the furnace's inducer was struggling but it was deemed fit enough to try to last the rest of the winter. Excellent communication and explanation, and a delight to talk to. Glad to have met and worked with him!

Dr DRE was awesome. Was able to assess the issue and correct the problem with the AC in quick order. Definitely knew what he was doing. Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Will be calling them again for furnace check up in the fall.

Chris was an absolute pro - so knowledgeable, patient, and had a tremendous work ethic. He had been to our home before to do a quote on a larger project, and I knew just from that visit that I would be using Top Tec going forward whenever possible. Great service over the phone too! The person who took my call was fast and they came out the next morning despite a late call. Definitely impressed!

Tech was very informative and I didn’t feel rushed when I asked questions. He spent the time to service our two handlers and condensers thoroughly and shared before and after photos of his work. Highly recommend
