I called the company at 8am and I had a technician out to my house by 1:30pm, on the the hottest day of the summer. 5 star service. Dre came out and inspected my air conditioner as well as explained in detail what’s going on and how this happens. I was very low on refrigerant due to a leak he took the time to explain how to put the dampers and how to change them for the seasons change. He told me to call again if something else happens but the system was in great shape. I will definitely use this company from now on and recommend them to everyone! Thank you again for the great, quick service!

He showed up on time and impressed me with his straightforward approach to draining the hot water tank, a maintenance procedure I request yearly in an effort to help prevent any surprise leakage problems, which can be a disaster since I live in a second-floor condo. TopTec should consider itself extremely fortunate to have an employee/technician, whose name is Edgar, working within their organization. He NOT only has thorough knowledge of his profession, but outstanding communication skills. Today he worked on HVAC & water heating matters.

my thermostat failed overnight so i had to shutdown furnace. Called this guys around noon and service arrived same day, on time as scheduled. Tech performed various diagnostics, checkups on furnace and concluded that thermostat was failing. Did additional test on thermostat to confirm failure. After that, installed my thermostat (echobee, that i happen to have, for service call fee + installation)
