We have been loyal customers of TopTec since 2010. During this year's heating system maintenance check our technician, Jack noticed by camera that the heat exchanger on our furnace was worn. It was leaking carbon monoxide but not at a level to set off the alarms. We are so grateful for his discovery!

We were having an issue with our sump pump. TopTec installed new HVAC last year, did a great job, so we called them. Mustafa came came out on Wednesday and inspected the system. On Thursday he came out to install the pump. Mustafa was on time, professional, and went out of his way to point out some other things that might need to be addressed in the future. He was great! The install looks like a big upgrade over what we had.. Highly recommend

We have used Top Tec more times than I would like to but that is one of many issues when purchasing an aging home. Top Tec has always come through in a timely and efficient manner, we can not speak highly enough of them. They have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff, from the office personnel to their technicians. They are extremely helpful throughout the whole process with repairs and emergency service calls. We recently had a sewer line backup and they sent Mostapha out to help us after hours. He is one of their great technicians that has helped us on a few occasions. Every time he has gone above and beyond expectations, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. He came out to our home around 8pm on a Friday night, fixed and made sure that our sewer line was operational. While assisting us he went out of his way to give as some tips on how to prevent this from happening again. He returned after the weekend with another great technician Cesar to run a camera down or sewer pipe and insure that the issue was corrected. Once again Mostapha and Cesar went above and beyond our expectations as they meticulously went over our sewer line and explain in detail everything that was performed and suggested maintenance for the future. Right plumber for the job!

I had several other plumbers come and offer me quotes for my low water pressure. When Mostapha was invited into my home, he saved the day by repairing my pipes and fixtures. He used his magic to solve the issue under my kitchen sink. I knew this was the right solution because his suggestions, knowledge, and clarity helped me understand the problem. Other plumbers had offered me quotes almost $3,000 more but stated their service might not fix the issue. Mostapha solved my plumbing problems. I would recommend and hire him for any of my plumbing issues.

We used TopTec for a sewer scope as first time buyers getting an older home. Our tech was Chris, who was on time, professional, friendly, and explained everything in an easy to understand way! Everybody at the office I spoke to has been extremely helpful and kind, and they even got the report done quickly when we had a tighter deadline than we thought, even with the holidays going on.
