Since replacing our heating and cooling equipment in 2013, TopTec has done an outstanding job of keeping the equipment in good working order. Their scheduling process is efficient and their service tech's are very good. Dr. Dre has been our tech for on a number of occasions and has done an outstanding job. I would recommend TopTec highly.

Had Spring tune up today 6/15/18. Dre was on time (early actually) and performed all the work in a rapid fashion. What I appreciate a lot is Dre's insight into how to save on energy by positioning the air returns correctly and having the ceiling fans rotate in the correct direction. All very informative. TopTec continues to provide excellent service.

Tech for my winter tune up was very knowledgeable.

Dre performed my winter furnace check up today. He was early and efficient as usual which allowed to leave early for the rest of the day. All work completed in a professional manner.

Sept. 16, 2022. Upper floor A/C unit not cooling. Jack diagnosed the issue and cane up with a fix that will last until the unit needs to be replaced. He was knowledgeable and made sure I fully understood the status of the unit. I am very happy with the TopTec support.

I had toptec come out for a heating issue. Adam was very honest and transparent of what needed to be completed. He was able to fix my issue quickly and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend.

Two years after install of two thermostats one wasn’t working to turn the air conditioner on. One works fine other one didn’t. Last fall they sent a guy twice and charged me for a service call. Honeywell has a five year warranty on thermostat. Toltec warranties nothing related to their labor. WORST PART IS THAT THIS SPRING AFTER THREE TRIES THEY STILL BLAME ME AND WONT COME TO FIX WHAT THE GUY SAID WAS A LOOSE WIRE AT THIRD VISIT, A LOOSE WIRE. Who likes spending their afternoons paying for a man who smells like a cigarette to put on his false pleasantries? Would definitely not recommend based on unreliable and lack of commitment.

Had a Nema 14-50 plug installed outside of my garage for my car. They were quick with checking my home, giving me the quote and contacting to schedule. They easily got the permit for me and took about 6hrs to install my plug. The two gentleman were professional, and did the job quickly. Plugged in my car and charged perfectly. Even helped out with ideas to secure my car charger. Would recommend, especially because they’re call center were easy to talk with and very prompt with responses. All this was done within 2 weeks, from the quote to my plug being installed.

Adam was great! He serviced maintenance work for my furnace, had patience to educate me and even set my thermostat on a schedule! Which, I had no idea was possible. Great conversationalist, Great service. Wouldn't change a thing about my experience. Thank you, Adam!

I've used Top Tec in the past for a pluming issue, so i thought id call them back for the issue I had with my furnace.

When I initially called I was told that no one could come out until the following day. I expressed that i was concerned about how my furnace sounded and that I didn't want to be cold overnight. I was asked if I could hold so that she could check to see if someone could possibly come out the same day. Sure enough, there was someone and they came out diagnosed my problem. Gave it a temp fix until the part could be picked up and my issue with my motor was fixed the next day by noon.

My technician was professional from time he was at my door, until he left.
He told me (as soon as he took the cover off of my furnace), what parts were what and what they did, how they all connect and why I was experienced the problem with the motor. I gained a lot of knowledge and information about furnaces and learn a little bit about my "Top Tech" as well. He's a top A professional!! Warm, friendly and knows his stuff. He didn't mind my questions, gave me my pricing upfront and worked efficiently to get the job done, just as he promised!
Dr. Dre (that's his name) wore his mask and shoe booties. both days, for the entire visit. He has old school values and in my opinion, he's truly the real deal!!

Bottom line: This company as a whole, cares and serves it's customers well. You are sure to get the best service from beginning to end!

Top Tec has excellent customer service and quality technicians. Jason did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my furnace, and programming the new control board.

Adam arrived early, completed the maintenance checks expeditiously, cleaned up, and left us with a properly tuned and efficient furnace.
