Jack was prompt, clean, and efficient, arriving a few minutes early. He showed me around my system and gave me some pointers on how to proceed. I've been using Roger’s Furnace Heating & Air Conditioning for years and have always found them to be responsive, even on holidays. Excellent response and reasonable prices.

The tech was very helpful, informative, and kind. He got our furnace all checked out and running nicely and fixed our humidifier. He was also able to explain how our furnace works in relation to the thermostat and that the upgraded thermostat I thought we needed to install wouldn’t work with our system or accomplish what I thought it might; thus, saving us some money.

Gilbert was amazing, best customer service ever. He helped us over the phone and helped us solve our problem, no A/C company has ever done that. On a Sunday night, on a holiday weekend, just amazing service.
