Had an early morning appointment (8AM) to service my furnace for the upcoming heating season. On the day of the appointment, Wally called to say that he would be 15 - 30 minutes late - now that is keeping the customer informed.

Had my boiler go out on Christmas Eve eve, apparently wind caused the flame to char the fuse. Rick came Christmas Eve morning and found the problem almost right away. Quick, honest and professional and now we can start getting the house back up from 57 degrees! Thank you so much.
