Hebbard Heating & Cooling Co.

I have been using Hebbard Heating & Cooling Co. for 3 or 4 years now and they conduct a first class business. I purchased their maintenance agreement and have never regretted it. If there is anything wrong they give a detailed explanation showing me the actual part that is a problem, what the function of the part is and whether it has to be replaced right away or not. Their service is top notch!

We have used Hebbard Heating & Cooling Co. for years to maintain our heating unit. Today I called about our ac and it was not making the noise when the tech arrived. He checked the unit and did not charge us a service call. I most definitely recommend this company.

Hebbard Heating & Cooling Co. technician arrived on time, performed a thorough service on our AC system.He was done within a very short period of time and explained to us everything he did. He also answered all of our questions and cleaned up after himself. I will highly recommend them.

Have been trying to get a builder's permit for the work done on my property and have gotten no response in 3 days. Called 8 times so far and got hung up on twice. I need the permit immediately to process my home sale and have yet to reach a manager...poorest customer service I have ever seen. Will most likely have to sue to get any traction. And the manger is unwilling to submit a builder's permit as requested by the City of North Chicago. Sent a complaint to the Illinois attorney general. :)

They're very kind and they came out two separate times when we really needed them. They crawled under our house to replace the duct work that had come undone in the middle of the hot summer. Prices were reasonable and very friendly technician. Definitely will recommend.

Hvac stopped this morning. Had visitors coming in the afternoon so hvac was much needed. The technician called and showed up earlier.He was done in a very short time and we were back again in high spirit.Will highly recommend.
