North Pines Climate Control, hvac/r

I have concerns with my AC/Furnace unit that was installed. I have left numerous messages in the last few months and have not heard anything from this company. I have called in the past for things and it always took a long time to hear back. When we first got our unit installed, it took them a couple months to grab the old unit when they were supposed to take it right away. We were understanding for awhile, but after a bit, we're very annoyed. I would not recommend this company.

My family and I have used North Pines for a bunch of stuff over the years. They are always very knowledgeable and reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Was great!!! So happy they are close. Jerry was able to fix the furnace and have it running in less then a hour of calling them. Will definitely be using north pines in the future.
