Hottest day of the year and our AC died on a Saturday night. Tomasz from New Comfort heard our plea for help, called and showed up within minutes! Other companies we called never even returned our calls. Tomasz was extremely thorough - he checked everything and explained it all to me and didn’t leave until our house had actually begun to cool down. We were beyond impressed and will always use New Comfort. Best service ever! The price, timing and quality of service was all exceptional!

We recently used New Comfort when creating an in-law suite in our basement. Our priority was to ensure both floors stayed comfortable while utilizing our new furnace. Tom spent some time reviewing and discussing options that would best suite our needs. During the work being completed he ensured the space stayed clean everyday and already kept us up to speed on schedule and the work being done. New Comfort will be our go-to HVAC company going forward. Highly recommend!

Tomasz was thoroughly professional and knew what the issue was with my central AC right away. I spoke to couple of other people and who advised to change the entire system which would have cost me around 8-12k. Tomasz instead ran the proper diagnostic and fixed the issue within half an hour and it cost fraction of the replacement price. Will use him again if needed.

Writing this for my mother-in-law. New Comfort replaced my water heater which failed, on the same day. Tom was professional and knowledgable. Later, I also had him service my AC unit and he fixed a few items on the AC compressor unit outside. Highly recommended.
