From the moment I called them needing service/replacement of my furnace I received exceptional customer service. They went out of their way to help me when my furnace went out and could not have gotten better service anywhere. I decided to replace my furnace after having many issues with it and opted to replace the AC unit at same time. They came out the very next day after confirming I was going to give them my business to install, which was great because my heat was out. They did not want to leave me without heat and adjusted their schedule to help me. The install lasted all day, 9-7pm as my units to be replaced were quite old and entailed a lot of work. The two men doing the install worked the entire time and did a great job. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful and I highly recommend them as a company. The pricing was also much better than another company I had quote the same job, they were almost half the price for the same equipment! I will definitely refer all of my friends and family to use Johansen and Anderson!

Needed them because i needed a gas leak to be closed off. they advertise a 24 hour service. called around 9pm yesterday and the representative said she will have someone call back soon — no one ever called. my family of 5 went an entire winter’s night without heat in my house. 40 degrees in my house. i was hoping to wake up from a phone call from them bc maybe they were busy. no one ever called. extremely unprofessional. would not recommend if you’re in a dire situation like i was.

Very impressive...I called and within the hour Scott arrived. I hoped just a bad capacitor was needed. He quickly diagnosed and luckily it was in fact a faulty cap. In 30 mins he has the AC compressor working again and was both friendly and professional. The cost was extremely fair and reasonable especially for such immediate service. I will surely recommend J&A to family and friends. Thank you very much!

We called this company for an emergency when the company we usually call was unavailable due to illness. They were here in 15 minutes, and had the furnace up an running. A part was needed, that had to be ordered. They returned with the part the following day, and completed the job. We were very satisfied, and based on our experience would certainly recommend them.

I have been a Johansen & Anderson customer for many, many years. At my recent Fall preventive maintenance visit Technician Zach did an EXCEPTIONAL job! My Aprilaire humidifier was not performing as expected and through Zach’s knowledge and expertise he has increased the humidity to the correct level. He also removed certain baffles that were in place since Johansen & Anderson installed the system. As a result my furnace is very quiet now.

At all times Zach was professional and courteous and really took an interest in resolving any issues I had with my HVAC performance. He didn’t just complete a “checklist” of possible problems, but sought out answers to how my system could run at an optimum level. I really appreciate the interest he took in my concerns. I will continue to rely on Johansen & Anderson for all my HVAC services.

They are always on time when you schedule an appointment or they will call and let you know if they will be late they do good work and are very professional.

Great company. Scott came out to my house. Diagnosed the problem. Returned with the parts. completed the repair. No issues of any kind. He was very professional and super friendly. I subscribe to the platinum service program. I've been in it for 7 years. You pay an annual fee , and they provide maintenance twice a year and make repairs. It's all included with the annual fee. You can't go wrong with these guys.

I woke up to a cold house and the furnace blowing cool air. I called Johansen & Anderson and explained the problem. The dispatcher thought it may be a sensor and asked if I feel comfortable cleaning the sensor in order to save me the fee for the technician visit. I did not but appreciated her attempts to save me money. She did a great job scheduling the call so my Saturday was not ruined waiting for an unknown arrival time. When the technician arrived, he was courteous and professional. Sure enough it was a sensor. The tech even showed me how to clean it in order to save me money in the future. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and highly recommend them!

We were able to get someone in right away and fix our circuit board. Very thankful for the quick response!
