I can’t believe all the positive reviews as I had nothing but problems with this company. I hired 2 guys through them. The first was a plumber who charged an incredible fee. No estimate before hand. I called to get an itemized receipt from the company a few times and never got a call back. The handyman was unprofessional. He didn’t even have time to finish the job and now I’m stuck having to hire someone new.

Service didn’t show up for appointments. Always had to call multiple times to get jobs done. Premium membership is a joke. Try to get simple turnover services done and they need to send 4 different technicians.

I have used them for years, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are always prompt, courteous, and affordable. I highly recommend them!

I like to keep things short, don’t waste your time. They over charge, can never get a booking (when you do they don’t show up), poor communication with representative. This is coming from being with them for 1 year. I will not be renewing my membership. They’ve completed 3/12 jobs I’ve requested.
