My furnace went out in my house within a couple days. I put a new furnace in did an excellent job very professional. The owners are probably the nicest people you will ever meet!!!

Nick and Joe did an excellent job of replacing parts on the furnace that they discovered were not working correctly a few months ago when they came to do annual air conditioner service. They explained all aspects of choices for the fix so that we could make informed decision on repairs! Carefree Comfort continues to provide excellent professional service that we have enjoyed for over 20 years!

Care Free is the only business we’ve used for HVAC in the past 15+ years. Always professional, prompt, polite and leave the space as clean as they found it. First time meeting Nick, and he’s another pro who explained every step of their furnace maintenance. Looking forward to having them back in the spring to checkout our AC.

We had used Carefree Comfort for maintenance and repair. After the last repair we agreed with the technician that it was time to replace our 20 year old unit. BEST experience ever. The salesman was prompt and so knowledgeable and today the two young technicians were pleasant, professional, dedicated and extremely serious in their work.

Real quick, honest and upfront! I have used Carefree Comfort several times and I have never been upset with the end result nor the cost! I have and will again recommend CAREFREE COMFORT!

Service rep did not really understand how to take a credit card. I had to give him all the credit card data. I don’t often do this. If you want him to collect at time of service, give him a card reader to protect customers credit cards. I also don’t like to pay for two maintenance sessions at once. It is hard to keep track of and I don’t like paying 6 months in advance.

Just moved to the area and started using them as they were close to my home. My general experience has been bad with heating and plumbing companies as they are too expensive for the time they spend at your house. Carefree was a breath of fresh air. Besides being extremely professional, their personnel are as nice as can be and every bill I have reviewed from them has been reasonable and lower than my expectations.

Carefree Comfort just installed a/c in my house and did a fantastic job along with being very accommodating since we have 2 kids and 2 dogs. They were also fast and efficient! They always had plenty of help to make sure everything was installed well and on time along with keeping the house covered and clean (I’ve been in construction for a long time so a little dust or dirt isn’t the end of the world, they were very clean!) Thanks to Dave and his guys for a tremendous job!!!

Excellent diagnostics + repair. Very skilled technicians, who provided great advice and performed valuable maintenance on an aging system.

Excellent service, from estimate Explaining options, to compleation. The install crew was professional, knowladgable and even fixed some issues found during install, and cleaned up no mess when they left. The price was the best of 3 estimates and service was A+! ..... needed them again today, we called yesterday and they said between 11 and 1 today, arrived at 10:58!!! Review problem, tried to repair part, and when didn't work had new part in truck, done in less than an hour and Nick was awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, and personable! Thank you Carefree.
