Called for an appointment on Friday had Josh out Saturday morning. Office staff is amazing, polite and professional. They were helpful and again so polite! We needed a new unit and it was installed the same day. He and installation crew were great. We’ve used several other companies and these guys are top notch!!

Josh showed up after my house was struck by lighting and my air conditioning fried. He saw the concern in my face and automatically felt the need to go above and beyond to help me out today. He was an honest professional who took good care of a loyal customer. I know if I need to call Sentex Heating And Air Conditioning again for anything I’m going to always ask for Josh.

My AC went out on me. I called comfort now, due to the reviews. They made it out the same day. Israel was the technician that showed up. He got my AC up and running again and was very informative on the issues at hand. I would highly recommend.
