Thames Heating & Cooling Co. was amazing, came right away & then took all the time to get to the bottom of a tricky double wiring issue in the central air unit & the thermostat. The technician explained the membership program to us with no pressure to join which was a great program for maintenance on our unit & furnace. He was very thorough & explained things he fixed!! Would love to have him back to work on it or do any maintenance! I highly recommend him as well.

When I called this company I told the Rep that the relay and the capacitor had been replaced and the unit was not working. The technician came out and told my wife that the capacitor and relay were bad and it would be 700$ to fix on top of the 159$ service fee. I spoke with the tech explained to him that both had just been replaced. After looking at the unit for a couple minutes he came back and said that the condenser was broke and it would be 5200 to replace the unit. Unsatisfied with this exchange I called the office and have been getting the run around for several days now. Save your money. This place is terrible
