Our A/C unit died, on a Sunday, in the middle of Summer.

We put a post on Facebook that said essentially "who do you trust?". Our friends were quick to respond and Koesterer Heating and Cooling was highly recommended.

We contacted them, left a message and Mr Koesterer called back within 10min. Shortly after, the technician, Don, was at our front door. He was very friendly, and found the problem quickly. 15 minutes later cool air was flowing from our vents. The prices were very reasonable and we will not hesitate to recommend and use them again.

I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend Koesterer Heating and Cooling. Several years ago, I had them install a new air conditioning and furnace about 4 years ago. They were fast, efficient and gave me a great price. 2 years ago my mother-in-law's AC stopping working. They came to my rescue and saved me a lot of money on the repair. Yesterday, my mom's furnace stopped working and there it was, Superbowl Sunday. My mom uses a different HVAC company so I initially called them first. After 3 calls and a voice mail on their "24x7 Emergency Line" to finally get a call back 20 minutes later saying they couldn't give me an ETA other than it would be late in the day wasn't going to work. It was 8:30 in the morning so I called Koesterer Heating and Cooling, And once again, they fixed the problem. That's 3 times out of 3 that they have delivered outstanding service. Next time I have a problem, you know who I am calling. I recommend that you call them the next time you have a problem...

Purchased a 92 year old house and needed the furnace replaced. It was very cold out side and a pipe had busted in the basement. They were able to come out within 24 hours and replace the furnace. The staff was very friendly and understanding of my situation. Definitely recommend!!!

Unbeatable price! Excellent , from my experience with Jim over the phone to the techs on the job. Professional, courteous, and extremely competent folk at every level. If you are thinking of purchasing an HVAC system for your home do your homework. I had 5 different HVAC contractors out to give me bids. Excellent customer service and business. They're are so professional, patient, and understanding. I had them come out and look at an old furnace of mine and yes it was broken. My furnace and ac coil in the attic went out and started leaking water. They were able to come out fast and replaced the very old existing system with new one at a great price. Would highly recommend Koesterer heating and cooling.
