After contacting Universal Heating And Cooling regarding my heater that had stopped working, Kevin was sent to my home to check on it. He assessed the heater upon arrival and fixed the the problem with the thermostat. His professionalism was excellent and the service was above and beyond anything to be expected. I couldn't be happier.

We had Josh from Universal Heating And Cooling Co. do our yearly maintenance. We called them since our previous HVAC company was not responsive. Josh was prompt and very professional, knowledgeable and He answered all the questions I had and got the systems working well.He was highly recommended to us, and we would recommend him to others as well.
