Stanley was an excellent technician. Was able to identify the problem quickly and explained what needed to be done to fix it. Had all the parts on hand and had us back up and running in no time. Would definitely recommend.

I have been waiting 9 hours for a tech to come out and still a tech hasn't called to provide an eta to fix the AC in my 82 year old grandmothers apartment i have called every 3-4 hours to get an update and all they keep saying is someone will be there today..terrible

I found Benjamin Heating And Air Conditioning on Google. The reviews seemed too good to be true ,but I went with my gut. My AC stopped working one night and I contacted them. They came promptly ,diagnosed the problem ,found the part ,came back the same day and the problem gone .Really gratefully such companies and people exist !!
