My furnace was not working properly.
I called my main provider which installed my furnace but they were having phone system issues and I was not able to get help. So I called Premier and Keith understood my emergency that I had no heat in the middle of this winter and he provided me with step by step over the phone he even shared his personal cell number so I could send him pictures to make sure I was doing the job right he could have sent a tech and charged me over $200 but instead he helped me on how to clean a sensor in the furnace.
I was able to clean the sensor and my furnace is now working 100% all because of Keith’s kindness and flexibility , I will definitely come back to them for my next AC unit replacement which I want to have done early spring!

Overall a very positive experience with Premier Comfort, my central AC unit broke down and Keith was able to get me back and running in 2 days. The two guys who came to install the unit, Jason & Jim, were very professional, pleasant, and performed a great job. Premier Comfort is definitely a very responsive, professional, and a great business to work with! I will keep using their services for all my future heating & cooling needs.

I had a new Lennox HVAC system installed beginning of December. The owner Keith not only quoted me a great price, but was extremely pleasant, professional and responsive to questions and phone calls. On day of installation, his team was very prompt and also extremely professional. Not only did the guys do a great install, everything was spotless after completion. Their pleasant and friendly attitudes and great work ethic were very refreshing. Especially when they shared with me how much they enjoyed their jobs and working for Keith. Wonderful experience with Premier. The initial technician, Joe, arrived early and was able to quickly diagnose our issue. He offered up the more cost effective option, which was to replace the unit. Jason & Jim were the technician's that replaced the unit. Both were prompt, professional, and very personable. Would definitely recommend them, and I look forward to working with them in the future of maintenance and anything that may come up.

I would highly recommend this company. The job was well done and the service people were very helpful. Just a follow up: I switched HVAC companies after 35 years with one and now have a residential service agreement with Premier. Very happy. Just had a spring inspection with Keith. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and ON TIME!

Keith and Joe have both provided maintenance on my furnace on ac unit for a number of years now. Scheduling is very easy on the website, and both were prompt, efficient, and answered any questions I had. Both my furnace and ac unit were old and installed when my house was built. I knew that soon I would need to replace both. My furnace wasn't working between the holidays, and Joe quickly came out to take a look. I decided that instead of having the part replaced, it was time to replace both my furnace and ac unit. Mike and Matt came out the next day and again both were efficient, prompt, and answered any questions I had. Excellent service!

I used Premier Comfort for furnace maintenance recently. They were very responsive and friendly. Service Tech Keith was outstanding. I got tried up voting longer than expected and wasn't home when Keith arrived. He gave me a call on my cell phone and waited for me the get back home. He could have just left, but he waited. He also answered a couple questions I had about my furnaces and a loose part that I had around from a prior cleaning by a different company. Premier's pricing is very reasonable. I'd highly recommend Premier for your HVAC needs!

We needed to replace both our Furnace and Air. Keith came out promptly and on time to provide an estimate. He walked us through our options and answered all our questions. He was so easy to deal with, courteous and provided the estimate right then and there. Install day was a breeze. Jason, Mike and Jim were all extremely professional, very friendly and were happy to answer questions and walk us through what they were doing and why. These guys clearly know their stuff, are masters of their craft and truly enjoy what they do.
