Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. The guy we used for 20 years retired and recommended Premier. The repair was done as quickly as it could be based on the availability of the required parts. I liked doing business with them. They told me what was required, when I could expect them to finish, how much it would cost and kept their word. The tech, Joe, was the best. He is professional, nice and obviously cared about the work he was doing.

Premier comfort was excellent. They were able to come assess the problem right away, and even were able to replace our furnace that same day ! We were very pleased with our service from every employee.

Keith came to service my AC that another company quoted was going to cost $3000 to repair. He was extremely honest and knowledgeable explaining that the job was a simple repair that only would cost $325. He was quick, efficient, and extremely respectful. We will continue to use Premier Comfort Heating and Cooling for all of our HVAC needs.

I was very pleased with the promptness and professionalism from Premier Comfort Heating & Cooling. They came out quickly and were very careful explaining the issue with my central air conditioning unit. They then repaired it and was very conscientious about making sure that I was happy with the service and that the unit was working correctly. They were on time, efficient in their work, polite and respectful. I have my new go to for my central air and furnace maintenance in the future.

I needed someone to come troubleshoot my house and it’s inability to properly heat (in winter) and cool (in summer) my 2 childrens rooms. We bought this house in 2020 and installed brand new A/C and heater units, we had the ducts cleaned in 2021 to troubleshoot, and now we remained at a loss. Joe came over and confirmed our A/C was functioning perfectly, the vents and ducts were good, and so we went into the attic to check out the installation. He visualized only 2-4 inches of installation and couldn’t see an attic fan, so that was the recommendation going forward. Joe was very professional and considerate, including petting my dogs and engaged as we chatted about our children. Highly recommend!

I have been using Premier since I moved to the area a few years ago. These techs are super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I use them for yearly maintenance on my A/C and new furnace, which they installed a year ago. I highly recommend Premier.
