Such a great experience. Just had our furnace and AC unit replaced, the owner Keith (and his crew) were nothing but top notch. The work is great but the ability to trust someone coming into your house and selling you something that is exactly what you need, and not just what they can get you to pay for. Extra 10 points for being a snowmobiler too!

It was 11:00 PM on Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend when I realized I would need to elevate my air conditioning problem to a professional. By 11:30 I was on Yelp asking for local assistance, not expecting to get a response until Sunday, or perhaps later in the week. 11:34 PM - Allison from Premier Cooling responded with a competitive quote and an open time slot for a technician to stop by on Sunday. After the shock of an immediate response at the late hour wore off, I booked the appointment with Allison, knowing my family wouldn't tolerate the absence of AC for long. Sure enough, Keith showed up on Sunday, right on time, and very personable. Keith quickly identified the issue, giving me a range of options from lower cost to a replacement of my AC unit. Since the until was over 25 years old, I went with the replacement option. Of course, I didn't think I'd see this process through until later in the week, as it was now Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. Keith came back with a quote and assurance that he could have his team onsite within a couple hours...are you kidding me?!?!?! Yes indeed, just as promised, the Premier Comfort team of Jim, Jason, and Keith were all onsite within a couple hours, and it was all hands on deck to get our house tolerable again. The whole team was great, personable, professional, and determined to provide a fantastic, end-to-end solution. By early evening, we had a fully-installed and tested high efficiency AC unit. Keith went over all the details of the warranty, and the team made sure all traces that any work had all been done were cleaned and removed. I highly recommend Premier Cooling...they are my new HVAC go-to team for sure!

Side note - I spoke to an extended family member who owns an HVAC business in another state after the install was complete this evening, and he indicated that were were quite fortunate to get a deal like with did with Premier Cooling - more affirmation of a quality job by a clearly competent team!

These guys are awesome! Very nice, professional, friendly. Keith was quick, he knew right away what was wrong with our unit. It probably took him all of 15 minutes to change out our part. I was skeptical it was going to be a quick easy fix, because lets face it, when is anything ever a quick easy fix. Thankfully this was. And we didn't need a brand new unit. The price I feel was reasonable because we had anticipated thousands of dollars to get a new unit, or more than $500 to fix the existing one. It was alot less, still not a charge we had expected to have to pay right now, but it could have been ALOT worse. I'm spreading the word about these guys, and will call them again if we need help.

The service tech as on time, polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to call the office and discuss my issue with the owner. The extra time, and attention and explanation we exceptional. He then took the time to be sure my lint trap was clean to reduce the chance of fire. Really top notch job. Thanks!
