We've used so many plumbing companies over the years, and my wife and I are so relieved we've finally found CJ Plumbing, because we feel like they can be trusted, and we don't need to shop around any more. Dmitry offered to install two new faucets THE SAME DAY if I needed. I didn't, so he sent Lenny out the next morning. Their price was significantly lower than the two other estimates we received from other plumbers. Lenny was at the door right at 7AM, as agreed. He's an absolute professional, super efficient, tidy, and did a great job.
We'll be using CJ as our plumbers from now on! Thanks, guys!

Fantastic, responsive service. I needed a leaking kitchen faucet fixed ASAP and they had someone out the next day. Lenny was extremely friendly, professional, and FAST. He was nice enough to patch a bad crack we had in our granite countertop near the faucet, and he even had some treats for our little dog. I will definitely use CJ Plumbing & Heating for all my future plumbing and HVAC projects.

I called these guys just from a random internet search when we needed some plumbing done in our bathroom. We've had a lot of backup issues on the tub and sink, and no plumbers wanted to help us for a long-term fix over the years. Dmitry came in to look at the problem and immediately knew how to fix it. He even fixed our water pressure in about 5 seconds!

They ruined my ceiling and refuse to accept responsibility.
As you can see from the pictures: before they came (first one), I had sent a picture to my handyman to ask him to sand, spackle and paint (a $150 job). Now, someone has to come cut out my ceiling and replace the plaster (a $2,500 job).
The guys who came were very nice and proceeded to rod our toilets but when they went to do the one upstairs, they didn’t drain the tank or the bowl (gallons and gallons of water) so, when they moved it to get at the drain, water went all over the bathroom floor into every crack. My wife saw toilet water running down the ceiling and kitchen walls below and went to ask what was happening (thank god she saw it). Only then did they ask for towels and start to mitigate how much water had gotten away from them. By then, the damage was done. Now we have several cracks in our ceiling and one is a hazard- the light doesn’t work and it looks like it could fall down at any moment. At first the ceiling didn’t seem so bad but after the water settled in and soaked the plaster over the course of a week or so, it was clear real damage had been done. I contacted the owner and he denied all responsibility (and wasn’t nice about it either- refused to come look at, said they’d done nothing wrong), he even said it was there before from something I did. Well, there’s clearly a difference between what was there before and after his guys did the job. I would have my insurance cover it but it’s smaller than my deductible.

I’m fine with the bill for the original service being $500 more than I was quoted. If the crack in the ceiling was a simple spackle and paint job as it was before, I would be fine with that too. I just would have liked them to accept responsibility and use their insurance to cover their mistake. That’s what insurance is for.

Very clear on the scope of work, any questions I had, as well as scheduling. The employees who came to our home were respectful of it, moved carefully, and updated us on progress. Would use again!

Great service, quality and price! We had an emergency sewer back up and needed to replace 8ft of cracked clay pipe. Called CJ Plumbing late on Tuesday, the week of Thanksgiving, and he had Tylers Underground come out the next morning and replace everything for a great price. He checked in throughout the day to make sure things were going well and I was happy. Then on top of all of that he had a plumber come out within 15 minutes to help us with a completely separate issue. Highly recommend CJ Plumbing!

CJ Plumbing, Dmitry and his crew have been exceptionally professional, prompt and friendly for all of the jobs they have done for us. Sump pump installation, sewer line cleaning, new shower fixture--all great and fairly priced. Recommend highly.

I reached out to the company this morning and Dmitry responded soon after. After describing my plumbing problem over the phone, he thought that sending out a plumber for the task would not be a good decision - it would cost way too much for what needed to be done. So, I asked if I could get a consultation over the phone, which I would pay for gladly. He agreed to help me but declined the payment! Wow. He could have sent out a plumber, which would have cost hundreds of dollars just to have the problem looked at, but instead, after I sent him a few pictures, he walked me through what needed to be done, without charging me a penny. Unbelievable. Anytime anyone I know needs anything involving plumbing and/ or heating, I know who I will refer them to! Thanks CJ Plumbing and Heating!

I and my wife called couple plumbers in the area but they're all booked up. Lucky that CJ Plumbing and Heating was very fast in scheduling us in for fixing bathroom leak and replacing the toilet. They were very professional in getting the job done in a very short time. Thank you
