I had to work, the technician actually waited! He came in, was nice to the dog, got my problem fixed and left in a very short period of time. Considering I just called today, the price was reasonable. Definitely worth calling

Office staff was very friendly and informative. They explained the process step by step. I was told to expect a text message of arrival time which I did receive and technician was actually early. Technician introduced himself and was very professional and understanding. Brian explained what he was doing and why and what I should expect as a result. Brian did not have covers for his boots. Once Brian discovered the problem, he let me know what the issue was and my options to correct the issue. I thought the service was a a little pricey but we’ll see if the issue gets corrected. They put dye in my AC unit to check for a leak and will return in three to four weeks to check it again and let me know what the issue is and my options at that point. It was a good experience so far. Hopefully the repairs won’t be too much and the issue is minor. We’ll see. Thank you Brian for your work!!!

I feel like John has been very professional and explained what was done in a clear and concise fashion. I asked him questions about the thermostat and he gave me clear answers. I would trust him or Tim my usual technician to do what is needed and not anything more.

I’ve been using AAA Northgate for years. Great service!! Always dependable I purchased a new furnace from them several years ago and it’s so quiet and reliable. Had a new AC system installed last summer. It was so quiet I had to go outside to see if it was running. First startup this spring and it wasn’t cooling. AAA was here within 2 hours to add more coolant and I’m a cool, happy customer.Thank you AAA!! Highly recommend this company.

My technician, has now been here 2 years in a row (which I like), and he always explains what he is doing and what the next course of action should be in a way that makes me confident of his service. I thought he was very fast, on time, and was helpful on his advice and seems to be knowledgeable on the matter. I gave him the number for Jacqueline Spaulding's financial advisor and they were to set up a time for installation of a new furnace. Very professional
