Just had our home A/C serviced. Kevin was professional, funny and did a great job! Also was right on time.

When I scheduled service, office was attentive to my requests and when Kevin arrived, he had great notes on what to service.

Pat was great! He was personable and very ethical. Pat and this company value customer service. I felt Pat was conservative in his approach and made a great effort to find the root of the problem and address what needed to fixed and avoid any unnecessary repairs.

My air conditioner stopped working over the weekend. I called and spoke with Pat. He was at my house within an hour and had my air back up and running within 30 mins of his arrival. He was very knowledgeable of his job and very friendly. I highly recommend this company and give the upmost praise to Pat for his service

My whole experience was very good. My A/C was totally out. Very hot this June. Promptly diagnosed problem, received proposal for new system, and quickly added to install calendar. Every person I had contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. A very well run company.

Kevin was the technician who called me back right away after I left a message on the weekend. He would’ve come out well after hours, but I chose to wait til Monday morning due to my own scheduling. Kevin helped me with everything and got a huge chunk of the fees waived because he knew about a warranty I didn’t realize I had! He did a fantastic job, was very friendly/polite, got the job done as quickly as possible, and very professionally. I have used AAA many times in the past, and I will keep using them. Honest, trustworthy, and do great and prompt work.

After having service done, I was told I should really get a new furnace and AC unit. They were honestly not "trying" to sell anything. I had them come back check everything out and give me an estimate for new. He was very professional, very personable and pleasant to deal with. We are going to have them do the replacements needed! Thanks Guys!!!
