Furnace went out Friday evening, called Expert that night, Joe had service at my house urgently Saturday morning and a new unit installed that Monday. Outstanding response, quality/knowledgeable service, and awesome customer care. A+ experience.

Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable. Anthony was on time and installed a humidifier for my upstairs furnace.I could not be happier with the service that was provided. I would definitely use expert heating again.

Expert replaced my furnace, AC, and hot water heater. Joe was very easy and straightforward to deal with. The install and service was professional and clean. Anthony, the technician, was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I recommend Expert.

I had 3 gas leaks found at 10:30 at night. I called and left a message at night and received a call back in less than 10 min. They sent Dan out to help me right away the next morning. Dan was excellent in helping fix the problem as well as coming back to follow up on additional work that needed to be done! Highly recommend!!!

My wife heard a noise coming from our AC unit. She turned it off and called Expert Heating. They came the next morning. As it turned out a critter got into the unit. Since I needed to have the unit cleaned and checked, David from Expert only charged me for that and adding more refrigerant and not for the original service call. A few days later the unit went out. Called Expert and David came out first thing in the morning. He explained to me that the capacitor went out. He said it may have been because the unit is old and was just serviced to provide more cooling or it could have been a coincidence. In any case since he was out last week he only charged me for the part and not for the service call. I appreciated his promptness in coming out both times and for not charging me extra given the circumstances. Thank you David and Expert Heating and Air Conditioning.

Expert originally installed my furnace 10 years ago. At that time they suggested to keep the original Ap[ilaire humidifier, which worked well until it quit. When the repair technician came to look at the old humidifier, we both quickly agreed that replacement was the best option. Quality products, fair prices and professional installation, why go anywhere else?

I had these guys come fix my air conditioner in my condo. I was excited because they were able to get out to my place in the same day I called. I was told there would be a $89.95 service call fee, fine that is fair. hey found that the thermostat was bad and installed a basic thermostat and something called a contactor. they charged me over $500 for the project which was about an hour of work. I feel completely ripped off and will never use this company again. The thermostat is probably $30-40 and I could replace that in about 5 minutes. The whole new thermostat and air conditioner was only $1100 when I had it installed 8 years ago. I feel robbed on this and will never use these guys again. Sad that they have to take advantage of people, if it was an emergency call at 3AM or something I understand but when they said they had time and were there only an hour, come on. Give me a break. I will never recommend them to anyone and will tell people not to use them.

I like using them for HVAC issues because they typically can get someone out to you on the same day. Their experts know what they're doing and get the job done quickly.

We woke up to our house at 60 degrees. We called AAA Expert Heating and Cooling at 11:49 am and they had a technician out to us by 1pm. Dan was our tech and he was very informative and knowledgeable our service went flawless and we were up and running again within an hour.

Anthony at Expert Heating was great to work with, while at the home running an annual Furnace Check & Cleaning. He went out of his way to address my questions and requests...I felt I was getting his full attention.
