We purchased replacement Lenox HVAC system from Expert in 2011. They have promptly and capably serviced the units since then, including an upgrade of the air filtration system. I recommend them without hesitation.

Several years ago Expert HVAC recommended that I replace a hot water tank. It was not working so I had no hot water. Price was very high...$1,500. I decided to call a plumber who came over and installed an expansion tank and everything operated correctly. The young employee was not knowledgeable and was making constant phone calls to Joe the business owner. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am adding to my review from a year ago. This time around I was a little caught off with some of the charges based on past service experiences, but understood them once explained that I was under charged previously. Service techs are always really nice and explain things. Looks like I will be in the market for a new ac unit next spring 😬...*start of review from last year* David did a great job explaining to me exactly what issues he saw with my furnace and ac. I appreciated that he looked at the furnace even though I only paid for the ac service. Very professional

We had a problem with our furnace. Bobin arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Company has an excellent customer service. Overall we are satisfied with the service.

Great price on my new furnace and air conditioner three years ago and yearly maintenance is always punctual. Needing a new humidifier..I found no need to shop around. Anthony our technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable to our needs. I would recommend Expert for all your needs.

Expert Plumbing replaced our sump pump a couple of weeks ago and we had an excellent experience working with them. They got us in for an appointment the same week that we called and gave us a nice deal for the install.
